I’ve recently recieved a set of copper bottom, stainless steel pans. I vaguely recalled hearing that you were supposed to season copper pans before using them or they would be ruined. Unfortunately I have no clue whatsoever that means and haven’t been able to find anybody who does. Please, help! (I need to make dinner and my only frying pan from my old set just had the handle brake off.)
